For centuries, garlic has been traditionally known for its many potential health benefits. More recently, when taken as a dietary supplement, garlic has been shown to increase intra-cellular glutathione (GSH) levels, resulting in improved cellular function and improved resistence against damaging free-radicals.

The garlic powder used in Maximum Living® Garlic Tabs include the active components allicin and alliin, each of which have been harvested to contain a minimum of 10,000 mcg and 22,000 mcg respectively. These are the components that have been shown to be the most active. In order to provide maximum antioxidant benefits, Maximum Living® Garlic Tabs are formulated in combination with vitamins A, C, and E.
