This works better than Garden of Life brand multi-vitamin. My wife noticed increased vision and us both an overall better day each day of the week.

I am 62 this May and I have been into health and nutrition for over 30 years. I also know how important it is to get plenty of quality mineral in a supplement. I know from all the research I have done over the years we are not getting a sufficient amount in our foods because the soil is so over worked and doesn't get t a chance to rest so it can replenish itself. I sleep very well through the night and I only need 6 to 7 hours of sleep. I work as a waitress and I am on my feet for more than 7 hours each shift. I'm not saying I am not tired when I get home, because I am but, there aren't to many 20 to 30 year old's that can keep up with me. People tell me frequently I look younger than my age. I use to color my hair but I haven't colored it almost a year now. So to be going gray and not look my age says a lot. I know it is due to my health regiment. I have also began purchasing for my 32 year old daughter. She ask me my opinion for some quality nutritional products to help her with a health condition she recently developed, from not taking her health serious and practicing poor eating habits. I've been taking mineral rich off and on for over 30yrs now. When my grandmother discovered mineral rich it was as if it were liquid gold for me. It is because I had bowel issues as a child. I no longer have those issues but continuing mineral rich has added an overall balance to my diet. I've started taking vita sprouts because this company has such great quality products.
